The tea after getting faded is put into rolling machines in which it could be 3 times rolled with 45 minutes per each and at temperature 22 – 240C and air humidity is 90 – 92%.The rolled tea must get at least 70 – 75% of cell press in the end of this phase.
After that, the rolled tea is spreaded on trays with a 4 – 5 cm thick lay and ready to ferment.
