Origin

Tea was planted in Viet Nam very long time ago. Its specification name is Camellia Sinensis, non-toxic and belonged to Theacae genus. This tree is typically with green leaves, white flowers and when it is five years old, farmers start to harvest and time for harvest lasts about 25 years.

Currently, origin of the tea is still a controversial topic with researchers, it is supposed to be originated from China, the North of Vietnam, India or even Myanmar. As a matter of fact, people should not use names of country to separate places and frontlines, because long time ago the ancient Southeast Asia consisted of all countries from the North to Yangtze Kiang river, the west to Assamu State in India. Therefore, the tea was technically ensued from the ancient Southeast Asia.

The primeval tea was detected from 4-5 thousand years ago. In Vietnam, archaeologists found sinensis fossils in Phu Tho province. In Suoi Giang (Van Chan, Yen Bai), there is a wild forest of tea with thousands of 6 -8-meter trees of which their bodies are also measured by meters. In Chinese Tea Bible quotes that: “Tea is a precious tree in the south of Asia.
